Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Bees Knees Apiary account and all associated data in one of two ways.

Option 1 - In the app (instant)

1. Open the Bees Knees Apiary app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm by typing your email. Your account and data are removed immediately.

You can also do this from the web portal under Account → Delete account.

Option 2 - Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account: support@beeskneesapiary.co.uk. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account login (email, name, password hash) - permanently removed.
• All beekeeping records: apiaries, hives, inspections, harvests, treatments, feedings, queens, swarm events, reminders, hive weights, and financial records.
• Any photos uploaded to our servers.

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We retain nothing for marketing or tracking - we don’t do either.

Before you delete

You can export all of your data first from Settings → Data → Export (JSON or CSV) so you keep your own copy.
